In this retreat, there is a special focus on balancing and delving deeper into your vital energy centers called chakras. With guidance, you can tap into the chakras as a potent way of harnessing and shifting your energy in the direction you want it to go, using the same colors of the chakras to promote balancing deep emotions, and beyond. This is a unique opportunity to empower yourself and find peace.

This retreat will become a magical place where you can participate in active self-care rituals and transform and balance your energy, beginning to feel fully present and awake, bringing more perspective to your holistic well-being.

You will go home with new energy, fully inspired, nourished, and recharged.

The practice is open-level at a beautiful and spacious yoga shala, directly facing a tranquil white sand beach. All levels are welcome, from beginners to those who are experienced. You have your own space to take your practice to a new, deeper level through a mindful Vinyasa Flow yoga approach, breathing techniques, and powerful meditations.

Meet the instructor 

Hadeel khayat

You will be guided into asanas with clear instructions through well-combined sequences themed for each day. The sequence is based on the healthy alignment of the body, and a pathway to enhance your vital energy (prana), and tone, and open up your body as well as your mind.

• Morning practice is focused on connecting movement and breath to awaken your energy and move it through all energy centers (chakras). Authentic and creative practice will include meditation, breathing practices, and well-rounded body movements. 

• Evening yoga sessions are designed to bring you back into the present moment and to help you release deep-seated tension in your muscles and tissues. You will be able to surrender and relax with a Yin / Restorative practice, which will help to activate meridians along the whole body and balance the flow of energy. This session will help you to calm the nervous system, find stillness and invite positive energy towards the end of the day.

Both practices will end with deep full-body relaxation(savasana)

Cancellation Policy

A reservation requires a deposit of 25% of the total price.

The deposit is non-refundable if the booking is canceled.

The rest of the payment should be paid 15 days before arrival.
